Fergana Valley and Silk Road
Our first tour to Uzbekistan explored handcrafts in the Fergana Valley., which have seen a revival since since Uzbekistan’s independence in 1991, and the classic cities of the Silk Road: Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent. We were also excited to be in Bukhara for the inagural Bukhara Biennial.
